Title: Voicemail playing "You have reached the mitel voicemail...."

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with a DDI routing to voicemail in night service and playing the default message embedded in the system before the mailbox greeting is played.  I have checked everything I can think of to stop this but still it plays.  The mailbox has a primary greeting programmed and this does play after the mitel one.

I have set transfer to unanounced, set Play recording instructions to no, Set the audio for calls holding camped and ringing  to Ringback,

Any more ideas?

Fixed by setting the identification prompt to no.
