I want to add once license to activate Office Link and see what it does. Sales and Tech support can't figure it out. Maybe someone here knows the part #?

You have to go to company person to get the part #, they have it in their database...

That's the problem. What the sales person is telling me the part number I believe to just be another license for the mobile app - which I already have.
She's telling me one thing and the Mitel call center is telling me another. And neither one will get the help they need to get me the right product.
What I'm looking for is the Dynamic Extension special product for Mobile that allows Office Link to be used on a smart phone.
I think it also allows smartphones to call via the Mitel system.
One PDF calls the product:
UC Mobile (Dynamic Extension)*: Provides
twinning between your UC Advanced desk phone
and another internal or external phone.
* Supported for MCD systems only.
I have no idea if my system is an MCD System. We have a 5000 and MAS 3.0

If you have a 5000, then you don't have MCD. MCD is the 3300.
I guess I don't know if OfficeLink is available via the 5000.

The questions I'm posting here are questions my sales rep and the call center person should be able to answer.
However, I am not confident in their ability to do so.
And when I suggest we bring in an engineer to validate the right product to purchase, I get nothing.

Are you speaking with a VAR or contacting Mitel directly? I would assume you are speaking with the VAR whose knowledge can vary greatly. As a VAR when we have questions we have sales engineers with Mitel at our disposal who know what they are doing as that is all they do all day long. They may not know every part number by memory but they are more than capable of locating it within a few minutes.
I would offer some assistance, but I don't work on the 5000 platform.
