Title: Retaining key assignments for hot desking user between 5340s

Howdy there. I have a single hot desking user going between two 5340s. The hot desking user has existing key assignments from when the extension was configured as "User and Device" as the "Service Type". After logging the user into the 5340 I am still seeing the keys programmed for the actual device rather than the user's keys. Any ideas?

Have a look in the Multiline Set Key Assignment and make sure that those keys are programmed against the hot desking agent rather than the phone.
