Title: One way trransmission on ISDN PRI calls incoming only

Has anyone run into one way transmission on ISDN PRI calls only on incoming calls? The caller can hear me (on the mitel 5000) ,but I can not hear the originator (PSTN).  If I originate a call two way transmission works like a charm.  I am using National ISDN 2 variant.  Any help is appreciated.
