I have a new customer that has an UCA 2.0 box on site that was never configured by the previous VAR (wonderful support they had). The ARID was just moved to me and it shows that the SWA was expired in 2009, I tried to get a quote to renew and it tells me I must enroll this ARID in the SWA program. My question is when did UCA become part of the SWA program? I don't remember what release started any of that. I have ordered the p/n to uplift from UCA 2.0 to 3.2 but I am waiting on approval from Mitel. Hopefully that p/n will fix it.

Does UCA even have SWA?

The uplift p/n was finally approved and everything is good after applying it. It had me second guessing if UCA had SWA or not (it does).

I have only had experience since 3.2 but it has always been covered under SWA, so I hadn't actually considered that it never had been before that!
