Title: Adding waiting call to conference?

I was successfully able to make a conference call from a 8602 inter tel softphone by placing call 1 on hold and dialing another call to conference and so on.

When I am already in a conference call, is it possible to add the incoming / waiting call to conference using a softphone?

Do I need to edit any settings in Mitel 5000 DB?

Any help is appreciated.

If there is no change required in Mitel 5000, can someone tell me how can this be done?

The best way is to use the Conference Assistant. That way people can dial in, enter a PIN, then get connected.

Press Conference, then dial the Reverse Transfer code (typically 4) plus the extension where the call is on hold, then Conference again twice.
