Title: 8602 softphone warning message?

Hii everyone,

We are using Inter tel 8602 softphone.  Every thing seems to be working fine.  There is a minor issue we are facing.
When we install softphone, for the first time it asks for configuration settings like "Device ID", IP, etc. and the softphone works fine after that.

Now the problem I am facing is:

Once the settings are configured for the first time, I am unable to change the settings for the softphone. 

The Advance settings for the softphone is grayed out with the warning message " Changing the advanced settings may cause the 8602 to become inoperable"

However, this is not something that I get everytime or for every user.  I am able to edit the settings for most of them but for some of the users I need to reinstall the app to change the configuration.

Can anyone tell me what may be the reason that is disabling the advance settings once configured.

Not seen that before on XP, but I do know it's not supported on Win7.

If anyone has a copy of the install CD can they please forward me a copy of the 8602 install... I have a class b license installed, and can't find my install cd.... I've searched the whole night trying to find a copy on the net, with no luck!
