Title: 5550 console issue

Hi All,

1...two 5550 console is installed & whenever a call comes it wll land in one console if it is unanswerd call will jump to another console after 2 rings . in this case load comes to first console & second console is resting is it possible to program in such a way that 1st call should land in1st console ,2nd call in 2nd console  3rd call in in1st console, 4th call in 2nd console  & so on.

@Ralph, Hunt group in cyclic ring mode only two members? Just never tried to put attendant keys in a hunt group

Consoles or their keys can't be put in a hunt group.   Never tried ring groups but pretty sure - no.
