Title: Display text on two lines on the 5340 IP Phone

I'd like to know how to display on the 5340 IP phone text on the 2 lines on phone, for instance instead of just putting a person's name, I'd like to display the person's name on the 1st line and then underneath it their department's name, I put in wrap text as a keywork in the System Administration Tool Help, but nothing.  Is this possible?

I don't think you can configure that.

As far as I know you can only have two lines with the name of the person and if it is a personal speed call the number of the SC.
If it is just a DSS key you only get what ever is on the label, which doesn't wrap to the second line as far as I know.
