I would like to ask your help to know how to configure an automated transfer to cell phones if the person don't answer mitel phone.

You'll need to create a system speed call that rings the cell.
The important step with the speed call is to tick "Over ride Toll Security".
From the phone menu, forward to the system speed call on No Answer.

There are a couple of 'gotchas":   Primarily your COS must allow you to forward to external destinations.

what part do you need to know?

Do you know how to log in to the system to make changes?

It's working right now.

Another question, now that I can forward call to cellphones after no answer on mitel phone, I would like to do the same, but foward directly to the cellphone.

Ex: Someone calls and the secretary nows that the person is not on the office and wants to send the call directly to the cellphone.

I programed phone keys to do speedcall, it works only when I'm not forwarding call, how do I have to setup the keys to forward direct to cell?

and how can i set the time/tone of the "no answer" option?

If you want to have an actual person send a call directly to the cell phone have them transfer the call to the speedcall you built.
