Title: CIS 6.0.0.4 queue now not showing calls waiting

Hi

In the real time monitors i don't see the call waiting clock to 1 when there is a call waiting. the call has been answered by a RAD is waiting for an agent to be available.

any help appreciated.

Christuffin,

Sorry for the long delay in responding to this question. The common issues when this occurs is the "Path Real-Time Events" options in the ACD Path form of the 3300 not set to True.

Please try it out and reply if you require further help.
