Title: routing tips needed

hi all,

6111--------after 4 ring-------6112------after 4 ring-------6113--------after 4 ring-----voicemail of 6111

1st alter was 6112
2nd alter was 6113

upto 6113 was fine.

how i will transfer a call from dis 6113 after 4 ring to voice mail of 6111

You can't re-route a call that has already been re-routed.
What you can do is station fwd the phone.
At the phone, forward it to then next phone in line either by the phone's menu or by the feature codes.
