Title: Mitel 3300 CXI - question

Who can help me.
I have bought a 3300 CXI with a four 5225 ip phones.

I can connect with a console cable, i can telnet to the ip address.
I can log in with "installer" and the password "sx2000".

Login to the HTTP console, username system/password
is working but then it is opening a http page with configuring a ip phone
and then it is closing with an error: phone is not connected.

How can i login in to the management webpages ?

Is there a way to reset a password ? factory default ?

What user name are you logging into the ESM with?
I don't think you'll be able to use "installer".

  If it takes system/password at the ESM and then screws up, well, something is wrong.  I'd recommend re-installing the software....

when you first log into the system what are you launching?

Desktop Tool
Group Admin Tool
System Admin tool
