Title: Join.me Latency

Is anyone else having issues with Join.me latency?
It's almost become unusable to me.

I used it yesterday quite successfully, but there have been times in the past when it was sluggish and just taking back control of the mouse seemed to stop it cold.  But it was great yesterday.

My company moved to our own remote access and collaboration solution using Bomgar Software and love it... but I have had intermittent performance problems with join.me for years and prefer to use showmypc.com, Teamviewer, or LogMeIn.Com and have had better luck with any of them in general over join.me with my personal favorite being showmypc.com, it is simple and pretty easy to walk someone though it over the phone to get it up and working.

I had forgotten about showmypc.com.   I used to use it all the time but it fell off my radar in favor of join.me.
Time to revisit.
