As anyone or does anyone know a cheap/easy way to get an external in-use indicator for a 5330 phone that uses a cordless headset?
I have a customer with a small 7-agent group, who all use cordless headsets. The problem is that their cubicles sit so that people can't see the flashing light of the headset to know when the headset is in use/the person is on the phone.
Ideally what they'd like is a light that turns on, like Plantronics sells, that would illuminate when they are on the phone.
Any ideas?

I've never come across anything for that. I've been asked about that a couple of times but have never found anything/anyway to do it.

The only way I have seen to do this is with a 3rd party headset, like a Plantronics CS70N/HL10... Plantronics sells a light that can attach to the lifter kit. I think GN Netcom and other manufacturers carry similar products but I don't know of anyway to do it with the built-in cordless devices.

I'm aware of both the Plantronics and GN/Jabra "busylights" but was hoping to find something to integrate with the module. Even called Jabra/GN....so far I'm striking out.
