Title: mitel + yealink problem call tranfer with offer

I've configured a yealink sip-T20P  on mitel.
All function are ok, but when i try to tranfer a call with offer display show "Call failed".
Anyone can help me? thanks !

Do you have a second button programmed on the phone in the 3300 with another appearance of the prime DN? It is necessary to allow the phone to establish 2 calls simultaneously. This is typically done by programming Button 2 as a Multicall Appearance of the main extension of the phone.
