Title: Call History Query

I have been asked to find out if something is possible - so here goes.

We have Mitel 3300, UCE, Outlook 2010, AD 2008, Windows 7 / XP Pro

Is there any way to prevent a call that has been picked up by another user showing up in the missed calls on a Mitel Phones (5330 / 5320 / 5340 / 5360) and in UCE / UCA (we have both) If not, can it be identified in UCE as missed but picked up?

Any feature like this would be useful

I don't think so.
If a call is ringing at your phone and someone / voice mail answers the call, you missed it.  So it's going to be reported as such.
