Title: Delay between nupoint password

Hello, I have a customer complaining on the delay you have to wait after entering the password. Its vnupoint and we are using 6 digit extensions and 4 digit passwords. The delay as if it's waiting for digits to timeout is there any way of adjusting this?

You can always press '#' to terminate the wait.
I would suspect that the password length is variable - hence the delay.
