Title: Mitel 3300 Call Divert

HI,

one of my users has been suspended and i have been asked to set their phone to automatically divert all calls to that extension to another person.

how would i go about it?
we are using Mitel 5212 Ip phones running on a mitel 3300 system

You could setup a call reroute always and point it to the alternate extension (system level) or you can use the call forwarding always feature on the set itself (use the Superkey).
