Post by: gimitel on May 17, 2012, 09:59:27 AM
Mitel friends,

I programmed an Bria sip softphone on my iphone. It is working ok. The audio is ok. But when i reveiced a call and i want to transfer it to an mitel ip phone, the mitel phone rings only 1(very short) and then the call disappear. Do someone knows what can be the issue?

Thanks,

Do you have anymore information you can provide Gimitel?  I have the bria sip softphone on my iPhone as well and tested a call like this:

ss4025:  Dialed the softphone
Bria:  Answered, put on hold, txrd to 5360ip

Success...I let it ring 3 times

One thing to note here is that all three of the above extensions live in the same Mitel 3300.

The transfer should be working though, check your Class of Service options to see if there may be some timers that need adjusting?

Hi Woobly,

I change some setting in the SIP Device Capabilities Assignments. Do you have a screenshot of the COS and  SIP Device Capabilities Assignments you assign for the SIP Client (Bria)?

thanks,
