Title: Vippie Softphone on Black Berry

Hi there mitel friends,

I download vippie(www.voipswitch.com) sip softphone on my black berry. I program a User&Device on the Mitel. I make a wireless Lan on the same network as the IP PBX. The sip client on the Black Berry registerd ok. I can call and received calls from other extensions, but i get very bad audio. The signaling is ok, because i have no delay when calling another extenshon or when receiving calls. Can some one help me out with this ?

Verify that the softphone client and the 3300 are using the same voice codec (G.729/G.711)
