Hello Mitel friends,

I am building an ACD Call Center on my Mitel 3300 ICP Cxi. Every month i want to generate a ACD Report. Is there a way i can generate the acd report without buying expensive hardware or software ?

What software are you using for reports?
PrairieFyre will do this.

I am unaware of any free software to allow for ACD reporting.
