Title: Guest Services button on Superconsole 1000

I completed an upgrade from v8 to MCD 5.0 at the weekend, since then the customer has said they used to have a button programmed under the Trunk Group button for guest services where they could setup wakeup calls. Does anyone know what button this is? and because this is the first time I have worked with this type of phone, can you explain how I program it back on there for them?

what type of console are you using?

If i remember correctly you press 'function' then one of the unlabelled keys until guest service is displayed, then i think one of the soft keys displays 'save' Will try to find the doc i have on it
