:(We were having problems with out Mitel 3300. Without any alarm signal we lost our Mitel 3300 service.
All ip phones hangs and it did not make any recovery. Up to today the only solution is re-boot the Mitel 3300.
This solution has 4 PRI's connected and around 400 IP Phones.
Our contact center manage around 1500 calls every day.
Any idea will be welcome.

What software version are you on? In some earlier releases they had a TCP/IP port issue, maybe that is what you got. It would show itself as no service to any ipdevices or iptrunks and webservice was working. No alarms
