Title: Decommission PBX

I've turned off sharing on the PBX I want to delete then when I go into the main PBX where everything is setup and try to delete the specific PBX. I receive the following: " could not delete the Network Element (clustered) CEID index being changed is used in remote directory numbers form." When I go to the remote directory numbers form I see there is still some numbers pointed back to the server I want to delete. How do I delete those?
