Hi,
I'm a newbie with Mitel mcd and i'm looking for a way to ring simultaneously a local DN and a remote DN accesible over a sip trunk. As long as the DN is not local, the personal ring group are not usable. Any help ?

You'll need external hotdesking for this. Check your licenses to see if you have it.
If you don't see the option in the licenses form then you'll need to upgrade your system.
As an alternative, you could also do it with a Mobility Server.

Thanks,
I already have external hot desking license but the cost a lot of money.
That means that for each user on my Lync server i will have to buy an IP license and a external hot desking license....
How does it work with the mobility server ?
Is there another way ?
Thanks for your support.

A mobility server allows you to twin with other numbers similarly to hot desking.
It's another server that interfaces to the pbx and gives you a tui interface as well as a web interface.

You could try the Multi-device User Group and licence.
This allows you to configure upto 8 different devices/numbers per User with only 1 licence.
