Title: Integration with custom Application

Hello.
I need to create a simple application which will act as a reminder application for the guys in the comercial departement.
Basically the will register a future day to callback to a customer, and when that date comes the application will show the message and they should only press a button and the application would make the call between the costumer and the closer phone extension (this would be a setting).

Basically I need a way to create a application which will make the calls between a phone extension and an exterior contact, is this possible?

Sounds like you need to be getting a copy of the tapi driver, as that will give you the interface that you need to the phones.

Easiest way to do this is to get a copy of Unified Communicator Express. A single licence will set you back not very much $ wise, and then once you have proven it you can buy more licences from there (bulk licences get cheaper from memory).
