Title: 5330 / 5340 - Rejecting Calls

How can I setup a softkey on these phones that will reject an incoming call and divert it to a users voicemail?

I thought this would be a simple task, but I can't work out how to do it.

It should be the same process that Ralph mentions towards the end.
