10 SIP trunks = 10 simultaneous calls.   1 call per trunk.

Ralph, You mean With 10 SIP trunk license I can establish 2 SIP connections with maximum 5 simultaneous calls, or 5 connections with maximum 2 simultaneous calls ?

Each SIP trunk can handle only 1 call at a time.  So 10 SIP trunks would only allow 10 calls at any given time.

Think of a SIP trunk as a channel. How many channels do you need? 30, then you need 30 SIP trunk licences.  :)
