Title: Call from outside to internal number not show external number

When I call from outside to internal number and internal number not show external number. How to fix this problem.

What kind of trunks do you have?
PRI or Copper Co?
What model of phones do you have?
What do you see on the display now?

Are you sure the carrier is sending it?
If yes, Check the COS of the phone.   There are options there for displaying DNIS/Caller ID.
