Title: 5302 IP PHONE

Could any one tell me what could be the problem?.....When i made call from 5302 to IP Console it does not shows directory number & name,even when i register in the Telephone Assignment.  but when i call to other extensions ( other than IP Console it shows name & everything)

change ur ip console software to R3.2 & try.........
