I would like to configure my Mitel 5330 (http://www.mitelforums.com/store/mitel-5330.php) sets, so that I can access them using a web browser. I have converted one of the sets to run using the SIP protocol and was then able to access the built in website of the phone and was able to program buttons to display RSS Feeds. The problem was that once the set was converted, I didn't have any dial tone, and could not receive calls. I discovered that this was because the SX 200 does not support the SIP protocol, so now I am wondering if I can do the same thing using the Minet protocol.

No. There is no reason to do that without SIP. Configuration is done via the PBX.
