Title: Anyway of reporting on disused VM versus lines ? or alternatively full VM

I've only been using Mitel 3300icp for approx 2 months, and just been asked if there is a way of gaining a report of full voicemail boxes, is this possible ? or a report of number to mailboxes to see who has/hasn't got a voicemail setup.

Any help appreciated.

You can export the 'VM Mailboxes' form to CSV which then shows each mailbox's details, how many new and saved messages they have, and other information.
It doesn't show people who haven't set their mailbox up (ie. recorded a message), but you can see who is missing from the list to determine who hasn't got a mailbox assigned to their extension.
