How do you achieve the following-

Acd path with 1 agent logged in and on a call, next caller should hear moh whilst waiting. Is this achieved by having a rad and then after the caller hears the rad they get moh?

MOH comes on right after the RAD plays.
Something has to answer the call first (RAD) and then the call is put on queue hold.

Thought that. User states the moh stopped working so I need to look at what's goin on with the rad.

It's probably in DND - most common cause.
Do a remote DND remove FAC to clear.
