Title: NuPoint 7.0 resetting callbox password

We have a customer with a 7.0 NuPoint with a callbox we can't get into to change greeting.
We can log into Mbox ok but the PW for the callbox fails.

We can't figure out how to reset it.
Can anyone give me a clue?

Log into the line group call box TUI there is an option there to change callbox passwords
