Title: UCA Mobile For Blackberry

Hi All

Wonder if anyone can shed some light. Im quite a Newb at Mitel but was investigating the UCA for Blackberry app. I have managed to install the app but not sure on how to get the officelink function working.We have UCA Blackberry licenses however Im not sure if we also need a license to use the officelink function or how to set this up properly?

Can anyone shed some light on how to get started..

To set-up officelink on the blackberry follow these steps:

1 - Go to blackberry options / Advanced options / SIM card.
2 - Press the blackberry symbol and select 'Edit SIM Phone Number'
3 - Enter the full mobile number for your SIM card and save.
4 - Exit UCA fully
5 - When you next sign in the officelink option will show in the client.
