We have a Mitel 5310 conference unit paired with a 5220 IP phone. It was working at one point but stopped. We ordered a replacement 5310 unit (we now have two) but are still not able to get it to work. We have tried the conference unit with a different 5220 IP phone as well.
The 5310 unit will power on, but after a second or two the the power light turns off.
The only thing we haven't tried is a new power supply for the 5310.
Does anyone have any thoughts or recommend where we could purchase a new power supply?

This should be supply stock for any Mitel dealer. Did you try where you got the 5310? If you can't get it there PM me and I'll see if I can get you hooked up.

Check the revision of the phone - it has to be above D.8. The version is on the label on the back of the phone. I've seen the exact symptom several times....
