Title: Pickup Group: Generic Forms Error - Mitel 3300

System with MCD 4.0.
When I attempt to access the pickup group form I get a "generic forms error".
I was advised to secure telnet in via port 2002, change directory to /db/database/files, then delete lciclscp.db and lccsndid.db, then reboot.

I log in via this method using a login id (SDS)with root privileges. I am not able to cd to the necessary directory. I am not able to issue the command remove /db/database/files/filename. When I issue the command whoami the system returns ftp. What am I doing incorrectly?

Did you add this controller to your trusted sites that will typically resolve the issue.
