Title: Mitel Ring Volume Saved

I have a customer that wants to disable the ability for sets to be able to adjust their ring volume.
I don't think this can be done.   I've gone through the help files and don't see anything but wanted to bounce if off the forum to see if I'm missing something.

Is anyone aware of a way to keep users from changing their ring vol?

They want to disable ring completely?  You can always take out the CoS option and it will revert back to whatever setting it's currently at - but it won't prevent someone who is hard of hearing from being able to turn it up for that current call.

No.  they just wanted to make it so the user couldn't change it.
I've already called the customer to tell them we couldn't do this.
