Anyone here use or know about prairieFyre Software call reporting?
The question I have is:
When pulling a "Employee Accounting Trace" i do not see all the names of employees. For example the report will show all calls, but only the names of the employees local on my 3300. Only the extension will show for the people on our remote 3300s . Keeping in mind we are running a cluster system.
Anyway of have local and remote names show on the report?
-Thanks

Add those users into the YourSite Configuration and properly name them.
Seems like you haven't completed your database.
Are you sync'ing with the 3300's?
What version of PF software and 3300 software?

Yes database is complete.
Everyone has a Name, Extenstion etc.
We are synching with the 3300s (SMDR). We have to manually sync the call accounting software with our user database though.
We are running Version: 5.5 Service Pack 3 (5.5.06249.2) on PrarieFyre
our 3300s are running:9.02.31_1 and one 3300 with 10.0.1.22

Sync'ing is not SMDR data.
Prairiefyre software has the ability to log into the 3300's, do an XML export, and import any extensions/employees into YourSite Configuration and attach names it pulled form the 3300 to these extensions/employees as well.
If you are not Sync'ing your database, you have to enter all these remote extensions/employees into YourSite Configuration so that it can populate this info into your reports.
Am I understanding the situation correctly?

It depends on the sync in question but in your question the sync you are referring to is in YSE that imports the user config such as extensions, agents, and trunks if you do not enable this yes you can import and build everything manually.
But PF does pull SMDR and ACD thru their 3300 tap.
So in Evans situation he is not syncing the database but has everything built manually in YSE if I am understanding correctly. Obviously Call Accounting is taping the SMDR stream.

Do you have the networking licenses on PF for CA?
