Title: Calling out codes

All,

I have an ACD call centre that now has a requirement to call out..  Is there a way that I could report on different types of outgoing calls..  Say, Personnel, Sales or Insurance....

I am running a 3300 on 8.0.11.7 and also have a 6110 and 6160...

Any help would be appreciated...

I think you'll have to use account codes.

Either your call accounting or Prairie Fyre programs can do it for you.   Unfortunately bout would be outside of my skill set.
