Title: 53XX Call Notification

3300 MXe 4.2
There's a option on the 53xx phones to pop a screen on the display that shows caller ID info.
You get to it by hitting settings > call notification.
There are options there that suggest that it should work for non-prime keys.
Doesn't work for me.
Documentation says "prime line".
Has anyone seen this work for non-prime line keys?

Nope prime line only from my experience the reading is kind of misleading.

That's been my experience also, but.....
The options are:
- To my prime line
- To my other lines
- To any appearance
- Display Call Info

I think Mitel should have to explain why this doesn't work or better yet, make it work.
