Hi, I recently sent out a handset 5312 to a site in Belfast but we cannot get it to connect. Does anyone now the ports that need to be open and are there any incoming firewall rules that need to be set. I have been told it stops at option 128 and this makes me think it cannot see the internet or has lost the ip address I set in it.
Any help or pointers appreciated.

if it is showing 'option 128 missing' on the phone then it is not in teleworker mode. Indeed there are firewall rules that need to be added to the firewall at the MBG side (depends on the server setup) however, lets start at 101, reboot the phone holding down the 7 key and put the phone into teleworker mode. Enter the external IP of the teleworker server and store the changes. post back with the outcome
