Title: accounting software

everyone,
i am serching for accounting software that can be support for all mitel products,even clustered configured. what i need to identify all the call logs ie ; internal & external calls and missed calls.so any one have any idea about the requirment software?

  Talk to the people at Microcall - we have a couple of implementations and it works well.  But talk to them to ensure it meets your specific requirements.

Try a company called ITEL, see link below.

They have a product that would suite called BCM Call Accountant.

"BCM Accountant"  sounds like an Avaya Product.

metropolis call accounting is pretty decent on stand alone set up's. Had issues in clustered environments, but stand alone its pretty straight forward

They call it BCM call accountant as they try to bundle it with a BCM BUT it works fine on lots of different systems including Mitel 3300.
