Title: ARS Programming for Security

I've just published an article on programming Mitel ARS with security in mind.
Just thought I'd share.

This is the basic foundational framework of how we program our ARS.   It's worked very well for us since the old Mitel 2k days and still going strong.

If you'd like to see some other articles let me know.  Looking for ideas.

Glad you liked it.

Now I'm looking for more to write about.
Thinking about a debate I had with some people in our office about call backs.
I believe that internally, if you're on the phone you should give the caller a busy tone.  The caller can then leave a call back and ring you as soon as you're off the phone.  - nice feature.
The people I was arguing with said "No busies ever!"
Ok so these jerks want internal calls to roll to vm.    Now the caller has not idea if you're in the office, on the phone, or whatever and they're forced to leave you a vm and wait for you to take the time to listen to a message that says "Call me when you're off the phone."

So I'm thinking about writing about the call back feature.   It would give me a place to rant.
