Title: phone gets cut while receiving

I have one extension. While receiving calls on that extension, it gets cut in few second. But while receiving it's fine.
What could be the issue??

I'm confused.  You have problems when "receiving" calls but while "receiving" it's fine?   Doesn't compute in my simple mind.


Can you clarify the issue?
Also, What type of phone and what software version are you running?
Are these always trunk calls or internal also?
What type of trunks?
