Title: NuPoint - Departments

Hi,

Can someone tell me how many departments the latest version of NuPoint can support?

Our old speak@ease used to support a lot more than the 15 that our version of NuPoint currently supports.

I tried bodging it by making dummy users with department names in our AD but it did not like it and wanted a First name and last name to be valid.

From the 4.2 NuPoint manual

SAA supports 1000 directory names (licensing is in increments of 500), and 15 department
names. The SAA speech engine supports English for North America and the UK. The number
of the SAA ports is limited to 24.
