I have a 200ICP. lockup in critical alarms
If I capture the boot up sequence I retrieve the following:
machine check
Exception next instruction address: 0x010aa5e0
Machine Status Register: 0x0004b030
Condition Register: 0x84000842
Task: 0xd390000 "tAppStartup"
xfile: cannot write /db/xrtc file too big
If I perform a hard boot-up, It powers up correctly. Am once I get to Maintenance logs:
The error is
Critical Alarm being raised detecting the following task suspended tDSP_WD 0X80d4000
What can I do? :'(

Not to be a jerk - but I'd look at replacing it . . . . soon.
