Title: Check if Phone is COnfigured for Teleworker
Post by: marcrp on March 30, 2011, 07:08:15 AM
I have a 3300 and Mitel's SRC on MSL as the calls are encrypted so it needs the SRC to translate for our call recorder.

Is there an easy way to find out all the phones that have the SRC configured in their Teleworker settings? I don't fancy visiting each phone individually.

Thanks

I don't exactly remember but doesn't the SRC show what phones are active?

It only shows handsets with active calls and then it only shows MAC addresses.

SRC under the devices tab will show all devices connected to it. A red X will mean they were connected but are now disconnected for various reasons.
