Hey guys -
Go easy on me...but I am a bit new to Mitel (2weeks new!). So, I actually have two questions....
#1 - how do you change the name of a ring group? I thought it was through telephone director, but it wont appear since it is a group and not a user.
#2 - Is there a way to print out a detailed list of all of the numbers that are currently in use. My problem is that I am starting out at a new location. They switched buildings several months ago and they carried there old phone extensions with them (Anything with a xxx-xxx-2xxx). The tech before me began to switch the old extensions over to the new, but ended up finding employment elsewhere mid-way through. So, I need to be able to find every instance of that number. I was thinking a big printed list would make it the easiest, but I am up for suggestions!
Thanks for any help!

In tel dir, add, input the number and associated name.
Export user and device and filter the csv file or is this no use?

I owe you a beer ;D
Renamed my Ring Groups...and the extension guide really seems to be what I need! I just have ot match it with my list of available numbers, and all will be well in my Mitel world!
Thank you soooo much UK!

Easy when you know how. If in doubt add it to tel dir :P

can also export the 'IP telephones all' form to see which sets are actually in service too.
